In order to implement the relevant spirit of the Central Talent Work Conference in 2021, according to the relevant requirements of the "Beijing Institute of Technology Postdoctoral Management Measures (Revision)" (Beijing Institute of Technology Office issued (2021) No. 52), the work arrangement for the application and evaluation of Beijing Institute of Technology postdoctoral is as follows。
一、 Application conditions
(1) Excellent ideological and political quality, excellent academic performance, physical and mental health, with a good academic background, strong innovation vitality and academic potential, and the ability to independently carry out research work。
(2) In principle, it should be a full-time doctor who graduated from a world-class university and obtained a doctorate within 3 years, and fresh doctoral graduates are preferred。No more than 30 years old。
(3) The newly admitted postdoctoral researchers in this concentration must be those who entered the university after July 1, 2021 (inclusive);The doctoral graduates who plan to enter the station should have obtained a degree or meet the basic requirements for doctoral dissertation defense。From 2022, those who meet the requirements for declaration can do so at any time。
(4) At least 3 representative achievements of high quality published by the first author/corresponding author or the first author in the subject field, which are recognized by the peer。
(5) The co-supervisor should be able to provide strong research platform support。
(6) did not apply for a special postdoctoral position in Beijing Institute of Technology before。
二、 Work program
（一） Individual declaration

The expert committee of the employer shall comprehensively evaluate the ideological and moral quality, academic level and scientific research potential of the applicant, and recommend the applicant to the school for evaluation。
（三） School review
The school has organized a centralized review, and since 2022, the school will organize relevant experts to conduct review at any time according to the real-time declaration of employers。
三、 Submit materials
(1) Form of submission
Each employer shall sign and seal two copies of the Applicant Registration Form (automatically generated by the recruitment system), Beijing Institute of Technology Special Postdoctoral Research Schedule (Attachment 1), Postdoctoral Researcher Work Agreement (download from the website), Postdoctoral Researcher Research Proposal (download from the website), and Expert Recommendation Letter (Attachment 2)The paper version of the application attachment (Attachment 3) shall be submitted to the Teachers' Work Department of the Party Committee /Postdoctoral Management Office of Human Resources Department (Room 208, Central Teaching Building), the originals of the above materials should be scanned in order (PDF format) and sent to the mailbox of Postdoctoral Management Office (bitpostdoctor@bit).edu.cn), and indicate "XX (unit) Teli postdoctoral candidate recommendation materials"。All the attached materials should be arranged in the order of the table, A4 format, with cover and catalog, no need to glue。
(2) Material content
Please provide the following relevant certification materials: including but not limited to the degree certificate from undergraduate to doctoral degree (if you have not obtained the doctoral degree certificate, please provide the transcript or reading certificate), Xuexin.com certificate, paper search report (original), paper home page, fund approval, project contract, patent certificate, award certificate, etc。Those returning from overseas study should also provide the academic degree certificate of the Service Center of the Ministry of Education (foreigners can provide the degree certification issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad);Foreign nationals can provide degree certification issued by Chinese embassies and consulates abroad。
(3) Scope of performance
The above representative results refer to the applicant as the first author or corresponding author, the project host/person in charge/participant, the first completed person, the first inventor, etc，Academic papers published in high-level journals in the field (key publication catalog recognized by the discipline), approved provincial and ministerial level funds or projects, provincial and ministerial level awards, authorized national/international invention patents, etc。The academic achievements of the applicant ranked second and the doctoral supervisor ranked first are deemed to be recognized。
四、 Time arrangement
